Each email delivery of a payslip PDF to one employee address counts as one send. Retries of a failed send also count. Payslips uploaded but not yet distributed do not count.
The system will block the addition of new employees once you reach your plan's limit. Existing employees and their payslips are not affected. You can request a plan upgrade from your Organisation Dashboard.
Yes. PDFs are encrypted with AES-256 using the employee's employee number as the password. This is compatible with Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, and all standard PDF readers on Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
Per-Org SMTP/email provider configuration is available on Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans. You can configure your organisation's outbound email server — host, port, credentials, and TLS settings — directly from the Settings page inside the dashboard.
The Employee Portal is a self-service web interface where employees can log in and download their own payslips without contacting HR. It is included on all default plans.
Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans offer a reduced effective rate and are billed annually. Enterprise agreements are negotiated individually.
