By accessing or using the Honpain Technologies Payslip Distribution System (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
The Service provides a cloud-based platform for managing, uploading, validating, and distributing employee payslips securely. Features include bulk PDF upload, automated email distribution, employee self-service portal, audit logging, and reporting.
3.1 Account Creation: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it current.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account.
3.3 User Roles: The Service has user types — System Admin, HR Manager, Processing Manager, Distribution Manager, Employee — each with defined access levels.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal or unauthorised purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, interfere with system operation, or violate applicable PNG laws or regulations.
The Service and its content are owned by Honpain Technologies and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal business use only.
Access to certain features requires a subscription. Plan terms, fees, and renewal policies are agreed upon separately. You are responsible for ensuring licence usage complies with your subscription tier.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HONPAIN TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
